Good day! I am Electro-technical officer but I have certificates OOW Engineering and Rating forming part of an engineering watch. I have experience on General cargo vessels. Experience presentation of the vessel to the maritime register, Dry Docks, carrying out repair works on board. My responsibilities: 1) Ensuring the maintenance of main and emergency switchboards, switch-gear, altenators, el. motors. 2) Maintaining the alarm, monitiring and communications systems on board. 3) Undertaking and recording insulation readinds of electrical equipment. 4) Investigating failures and carrying out repair works. 5) Conducting regular checks of electrical equipment. 6) Inventory of electrical spares, tools and consumables. I am hard working and learn fast. Working for result.
