Greetings to ALL. My name is Oleksandr Monakhov. Presently working on Container vessels since 2011 as Chief Officer with more then 24 months experience onboard. I have strong experience in solving problems with loading and discharging of cargoes, managing the difficult ballast operations, improving the loading condition and stability. My personal attitude to work - arrangements of shipboard working process as per Company regulations, SMS, standing orders and safe seamanship. Regarding monitoring of Cargo operations - high priority of IMDG cargo and Reefer Containers' loading. Strict following of my orders followed by inspections. Proper control of stowage containers and lashing. Regular inspections of Deck, Cargo Holds, Safety equipment, Cargo Gear devices, winches, mooring ropes and so on - it's a big part of my attention during working on board. The part of my responsibilities - Ship Security Officer. All procedures followed according to SSP, drills and training as per schedule. Separate security meetings and discussions with all crew is part of my working style as well. I have good cooperation and relationships with crew of different nationalities and departments. Very important point - cooperation with the Engine Department. Always positive and friendly attitude and respect to the Engine Department give me the opportunity to pre-plan and arrange different jobs with a very high cooperation level, which leads to required results. It will be a pleasure for me to find new people and companies for future cooperation, exchange of information, opportunities, projects and innovations.
