Good day.  Dear Crew Manager,  My name is Igor Luchkov, and I much appreciate this opportunity to introduce myself briefly. I am a master of vessels with cargo capacity OVER 3000 GT. Over the last sixteen years, I have served as a master at the chemical/oil product tankers. I have worked in the Baltic Sea, the Norwegian Sea, Atlantic Ocean,  Mediterranean Sea and the Black Sea. I have extensive experience STS of operation unaided and have experience of vetting of the tanker to inspectors of the international oil companies.  Experienced in various tank cleaning. Also, I have experience in repairs on shipyards in Tuzla and Yalova (Turkey). I can provide certificates and reference upon request. Ready for joint any time
