With over a decade in marine engineering — specializing in heavy-lift and project-cargo vessels — I offer a proven blend of hands-on technical skill and dependable shipboard leadership. Across dry-docks and active trading, I’ve kept complex machinery safe, compliant, and efficient under demanding schedules and conditions. Over the last 12 years as a Second Engineer(over 72months seagoing experience), I’ve led engine-room operations end-to-end: planned and corrective maintenance (CMMS/PMS), troubleshooting four-stroke mains and auxiliaries, purifiers, compressors, pumps and hydraulics, and managing spares and vendors. I’m comfortable running inspections and class/flag compliance tasks, organizing permits-to-work and toolbox talks, and elevating near-miss reporting into practical risk reductions. I also hold a Chief Engineer CoC(Unlimited), which strengthens my ability to plan ahead, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate effectively with deck, cargo, and shore teams. My approach is pragmatic: stabilize the plant, verify the fix, document the learning, and prevent recurrence.
