Let me introduce my self , I am Neomenko Borys Chief Officer 29 years old with 10 years experience on merchant fleet in Officers positions .I have a lot of practice with international crew. On this moment I have Deep Sea Navigator license and induction course of DP. I have operational experience with Research ,Reefer, Container, General Cargo,MLP,Bulk cargo Vsl's. Last my four contracts I was work as Ch. Officer on board of bulk carriers. 7200 mt summer DWT;13080.mt summer DWT
