Dear Sirs and Madams, I Hope, that my 15-year experience at sea in a various types of vessels and in different positions starting from cadet on board of floating crane till the Safety Officer on passenger ship and Master on AHTS vessels will be useful for Your growing Company. During my contracts as Safety Officer on board of the Passenger Ships I’ve got a lot of additional knowledge on safety, public speaking for passengers, various types of tender and zodiac operation in ice conditions, dry-docking and different types of inspections. As a Master I’ve got management level experience, proper organization and implementation of ISM Code on board, as well as ships handling during the towing and Rig move operations at sea.
