I,m a fully qualified ship,s chef with excellent knowledge and experience of different types of cuisines,HACCP sertified, strong knowledge of galley equipment maintenance , good knowledge of stock rotation and counting, i have previous experience of providing various meals for big nimbers of crew (20-150), during my seaservice io have only positive references and feedbacks from management, i,m easy learning and work willing person, team worker, also to work by my own is not a problem, i have good computer skills, also i have previous experience in ships operations: mooring, watch keeping e.t.c.
