I am working as Ch/Off since 2007 on the bulk carriers & general cargo vessels with mixed crew / Deep Sea Captain + All documents as per STCW requirements are on hand. ( bio pass+ US visa+ Pfizer-Comirnaty vaccinated ) .
Due to families circumstances I have to stop my job on a bulk carriers for some time.During these "stoppages" I was continually working at sea as captain of the search & rescue vessel at State Enterprise "Maritime Search and Rescue Service".
Since October 2019 I am trying to resume my service as Chief Officer on a bulk carriers, without positive results.
That's why I agree to resume my sea service as second officer, preferably with promotion on board to Chief Officer.
I have good education & good experiences - I am started working on bulk carriers with different tonnage ( handy and panamax size ) since 1998 as 2nd officer.
