I have been passed a practice on shipyard with soviet tugs. I used to work on tugs which are no longer available being at sea. Nevertheless, I got skills of how to maintain generators, 4 stroke main engines, purifiers, even installing AC in accommodation. I have all necessary documents, NO problems with crossing boundary and ready to embark.
