PERSONAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES • STCW III/2 Valid Chief Engineer’s License with no limitations to Function, Level and Capacity • 11 years actual sea service aboard tankers of which 4 years in a senior officer rank • Broad general knowledge of shipping and environment laws and regulations • Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in written form • Proficiency in managing maintenance of Electronic Main Engines MAN ME, Sultzer RT-Flex, Auxillary Engines (Yanmar, MAN, Wartsila), Pump sets, Boilers, Hydraulic systems etc. • Deep knowledge of SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW and ISGOTT. • Rich background in ship repair, executing Dry Docking and repair of ships • Author of 4 scientific articles Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) • Experience with electronic planned maintenance systems (Shipsure 2.0, AMOS, Sertica)
