I am a self-driven quick learner Master with 27 years’ experience on oil/product tankers and last 17 years in rank of Master. Have sailed on oil/chemical tankers carrying capacity from 21000 to 109995 mt DWT. Operational experience of FRAMO and steam driving pumps. Cargoes worked with: all kind of CPP (including gas condensate), HFOs, CO (from Sahara Blend to Napa), LSWR, Pygas, Toluene, Alkylate, Isomerate, LubOil, Fame, MTBE, Pentane Plus, etc, which were handled at different terminals around the world with ambient temperatures from less than -40deg.C (Yamal SPG) to more than 50deg.C (Kuwait). Having experience in STS operation in West Africa, Singapore, Malta, Gibraltar, Rotterdam, US Gulf (underway with mother vsl 300 000mt DWT). Dry-docking: Riga, Bahrein, Gibraltar, Rotterdam, Singapore. Having worked with over 8 nationalities of officers and crew. Navigation in ice: different Baltic sea ports, Far East (Nakhodka, De-Kastri, Vanino). Sea service in Polar area: Barents & Kara seas, northward of Novaya Zemlya. Ports of Arkhangelsk, Murmansk & Sabetta. Sailed in ice convoy under assistance/close coupled towing of IB ‘Krasin’, NIBs ‘Yamal’, ’50 Let Pobedy’, ‘Voygach’, ‘Taymyr’. Skilled in preparation and cleared number of Vetting, CDI, USCG & PSC inspections, Internal & External ISM & ISPS Audits. Very good administrative and management skills. Effective liasoning with all personnel including ship-shore interface to ensure smooth turn-around times for the vessel. Capacity to work under highly strenuous situations and motivate team members to deliver desired performance levels.
