APPLYING FOR OIL/CHEM TANKER ONLY                                                                                                           - 24 month onboard as a Third Mate (LSA/FFE responsibilities);- 6 month onboard as a Second Mate (navigating officer);- A good working knowledge of Ballast Control, Ventilation and miscellaneous Fire Fighting and Fire Detection systems;- Good at performing routine duties of the OOW, all routine and occasional maintenance of Fire Fighting and Life Saving Equipment;- Attendance of a navigation and GMDSS equipment;- Handling of DG cargo in packages of all Classes;- Supervising of a maritime publications and chart folio;- Performing Medical Officer Duties;- Execution of cargo operations whilst in port, ensuring adequate power and reserves meet current operation and station keeping;- Head of an Aft Station Mooring/Unmooring Party;- Head of an Emergency Ventilation Team;- Dry Dock experience (twice);- Proficiency in working out ship’s routes due to the experience gained while working aboard worldwide;- High adaptability to a new type of ship.
